Maximise Mental Health Training is a trading name of Maximise Midlife Coaching Ltd, and is the controller and responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as ‘COMPANY’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in this privacy notice). It is to register your required training with the relevant Accrediting or awarding body.

We are under a duty to disclose or share your personal details in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our rules.

Our business enters into a joint venture with, or is sold to or merged with, another business. We may then share your personal details with our new business partners or owners.

Professional advisers acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.

HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

Third parties where it is necessary to carry out logistical functions such as delivery. These third parties have access to your personal information to carry out their duties but may not use it for any other reason. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

On our website/social media – From time to time, we may like to share your achievements. The type of information that we share on our website, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn and other media may include your name and/or a photo. How long do we keep your information?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By way of example, by law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for seven years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.



How we keep it safe

We take the security of your personal information very seriously. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to ensure that your information is kept safe and secure.

We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

No Fee usually Required


You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge an administration fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.


Time limit to Respond

We aim to acknowledge your initial legitimate request within two working days and respond fully within one month. Occasionally if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests it may take us longer than a month. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
