RESILIENCE TRAINING
This course is designed to provide learners with the awareness tools and skills needed to develop their resilience personally and in the workplace. Resilience training provides the ability to bounce back from stress or adversity is important throughout life.
Resilience is not a trait that people either have or don’t have. It involves behaviours, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone as long as they have the right knowledge and tools, and are willing to put in some time and commitment.

Format
- This is a half day course delivered in person at a location suitable for your needs or online as you know what works for your people.
- Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities.
- We limit numbers to 20 people per course to allow for rich discussion.
